3. Membership and Bookings

  • Users must provide accurate information when signing up, registering, or booking.

  • Memberships and bookings are non-transferable unless approved by Ekoss360.

  • Payment for all services must be completed before access is granted.

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing or membership terms with prior notice.

4. Payments and Billing

All payments must be made via our approved payment channels (Paystack, Flutterwave, or in-person payments).
We do not store your financial details directly — all payment data is handled securely by our third-party providers.

5. Use of Facilities

Members and guests must:

  • Treat the space, furniture, and equipment with care.

  • Maintain a respectful and professional environment.

  • Refrain from illegal activities, harassment, or disruptive behavior.

  • Avoid tampering with electrical or internet facilities.

  • Adhere to safety and security protocols at all times.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these rules.

6. Content Creation and Studio Use

If using our content or podcast studio, you are solely responsible for the materials you create.
You agree not to produce or share content that is offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or violates intellectual property rights.

7. Event Hosting and Participation

By attending or hosting an event at Ekoss360:

  • You consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes (unless you opt out in writing).

  • You are responsible for your personal belongings and equipment.

  • Event bookings must be confirmed in advance and may require a deposit.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, logos, designs, and materials are owned by or licensed to Ekoss360 Innovation Hub.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
